Hi all!! I will intermittently post pics and diary details (computer illiteracy allowing), keeping in contact with home and trying not to feel too homesick! ;-)

Laura Siddall

Planning for my travels

5 April 2006

Ok, just over 6 weeks to go before I fly to Aus, and I still have no idea where I am going, what I will do when I get there and when I will come back. All the same I am insanely excited, apart from when my Uncle Gerry (he lives on the Gold Coast) tells me that I will probably spend my 4 months in the desert at Woomera rather than my plan of spending it snorkeling on the great barrier reef! Thanks Gerry ;-) So Bikini, Check! Sun cream, Check! Shades, Check! and now SAS desert survival guide instead, Check!
